Description
TASTING NOTES
Coral pink in the glass, with coppery reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose opens with fruity notes of currants and pomegranates, then develops hints of yeast and freshly baked bread. The palate is savory and fresh, aromatic and well-structured, fruity like the aroma and of excellent length.
Ideal for sipping during the aperitif, it is excellent to accompany mozzarella in carrozza.
The Lantieri de Paratico, pioneers of the classic method among Franciacorta producers, belong to a noble and ancient Brescian family, engaged in viticulture since the 16th century. The winery is located in the historic center of the charming medieval village of Capriolo, next to the ancient family palace. The vineyards of the Lantieri de Paratico winery extend over 20 hectares between the municipalities of Capriolo and Adro and are rooted in siliceous-clayey and calcareous soils, in lush locations surrounded by hills, between the winery and the slopes of Monte Alto. The grapes are harvested manually and only healthy and perfectly ripe fruits reach the cellar, where the production phases are conducted according to criteria that pursue excellence and maximize the quality of the wine.
