What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping is free for orders over €69, while orders under this amount will incur a €7.95 charge.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.

If the contents of the package arrive broken, we will resend the goods or you will be refunded 100% in case of damage or breakage of the contents . Your package will be sent with special attention to packaging in order to reduce the risk to a minimum.

Shipping times vary from 1 to 3 working days.

How can I return a product?

To return a product purchased on the Essemme online store, simply send an email within 30 days of delivery of the order to info@essemmewine.it, describing the reason for the return.

We will arrange for the collection of the package through our courier and the customer will be sent the label to apply to the package.

Once the returned goods have been received and verified, Essemme will refund all payments made.
