TASTING NOTES
Visually, it presents itself with an intense straw yellow color. The nose is deep, with floral and fruity aromas giving way to the typical almond scent. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, round, balanced, with excellent drinkability.
Highly versatile, it accompanies a wide range of dishes. Excellent with fish cooked in parchment paper, it also pairs well with pasta dishes such as herb and smoked ricotta ravioli. Also try it with savory pies and cured meats like San Daniele.
The La Viarte agricultural company was founded in 1973, in the small town of Prepotto, along the Judrio river valley, in the province of Udine. It extends over an area of about 41 hectares, of which only 26 are dedicated to wine production: the remaining 15 hectares are occupied by magnificent and historic forests, which the property considers fundamental for the preservation of the ecosystem. La Viarte is indeed a reality that places respect at the roots of its production: for the land, for the wind, for the forest, and for the people who have been walking among these rows for years, located in the hilly area of the Eastern Hills of Friuli.
