Pinot Noir (German Blauburgunder or Pinot Noir) is one of the most appreciated and demanding red wines. However it is a vine that does not adapt to all conditions and is always a challenge both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Thanks to its refined aromas and unmistakable character, it enjoys great prestige. In the cooler, albeit sunny, locations of Appiano and Caldaro, Pinot Noir develops its full potential, generating a structured and elegant wine, surprisingly similar to Burgundian models.
