Our Valpolicella Classico Superiore RAJO is born from the most suitable vineyards of Valpolicella, in the classic area.
The Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, left to overripe on the plant until the second ten days of October, are subjected to a fermentative maceration of 10/12 days in order to express their full potential. After the malolactic fermentation follows a period of maturation in steel and at least three months of rest in the bottle.

Harmonious wine, with an intense aroma of cherry and ripe red fruits, enveloping with its structure, elegance and softness.
Pairings and service
It goes preferably with risottos, soups, grilled red meats and medium-aged cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 18-20 °C
