Data sheet
Intense garnet red in the glass. Aromas of raspberry jam, overripe cherries, licorice, tar, and undergrowth, followed by dried orange and tobacco: the olfactory bouquet perceived by the nose is rich and complex. Warm and vigorous on the palate, characterized by silky tannins and hints of balsamic and mineral nuances. Excellent, succulent, and refined in length.

Reserved for special occasions and important gatherings, it pairs excellently with venison medallions with thyme.

The origins of the company date back to 1923, when Alfredo Prunotto acquired the Cantina Sociale "Vini delle Langhe" founded in Alba at the beginning of the century. The company now has about 50 hectares of vineyards, located in the best wine-growing areas of Piedmont, and has a structure equipped with the most modern technologies to guarantee the highest quality of wines and consolidate its position in the national and international wine scene.
