TASTING NOTES
Intense garnet red in the glass. Aromas of raspberry jam, overripe cherries, licorice, tar, and undergrowth, followed by dried orange and tobacco: the olfactory bouquet perceived by the nose is rich and complex. Warm and vigorous on the palate, characterized by silky tannins and hints of balsamic and mineral nuances. Excellent, succulent, and refined in length.

PAIRING
Reserved for special occasions and important gatherings, it pairs excellently with venison medallions with thyme.
