The combination of this sensational wine from the is unusual Maculan winery of the Veneto , the result of the innovative views of the cellar master, together with the maintenance of the tradition that the Maculan sisters intend to pursue in business development. The vinification involves the use of three vines, one of which is traditional, the Tai, present for 60% of the blend and 2 are international, but now naturalized in Veneto: the Pinot Blanc and the Pinot Grigio present respectively for 15%. The location of the vineyards falls on the hills of Breganze where the soils are characterized by the presence of volcanic and gravelly sediments. The care in the preparation of the grapes and in the vinification involves a first phase of cold maceration for two days, followed by the soft pressing in hyper-reduction. Finally, the refinement takes place for four months in steel tanks, in order to preserve freshness for a long time.
