It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a good luminosity. The nose is expressed with a Mediterranean, sunny bouquet, in which floral notes of broom and orange blossom stand out with delicate citrus hints. On the palate it is pleasant and fresh, it has good acidity, a nice sapidity and a clear finish that leaves the mouth cleansed.
It goes well with fish or fresh cheeses, for a light lunch we recommend it combined with tuna carpaccio with sesame seeds.

The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC of Fattoria La Valentina is a pure Trebbiano that is born in the municipalities of San Valentino, Spoltore and Alanno, the vineyards planted with the Abruzzo pergola system, located on the hills, are harvested in late August or late September, a once they reach full maturity, they are destemmed, pressed, decanted and finally left to ferment in steel. Always in steel they will undergo a short refinement. A simple and sunny wine, with good sapidity and curious straightforwardness.
