The nose is expressed with a Mediterranean, sunny bouquet, in which floral notes of broom and orange blossom stand out with delicate citrus hints. On the palate it is pleasant and fresh, it has good acidity, a nice sapidity and a clear finish that leaves the mouth cleansed.
It goes well with fish or fresh cheeses, for a light lunch we recommend it combined with tuna carpaccio with sesame seeds.
