Description
Tasting Notes
Color: pale yellow with golden reflections. Aroma: floral and fruity, with hints of broom, yellow fruit, citrus, and baking. Taste: savory and mineral, with a beautiful structure and a soft finish.
Versatile, pairs well with first courses, cured meats, fish, or chicken, guinea fowl, veal, and rabbit cooked on the grill or roasted, stewed or in sauce, as well as soft cheeses.
The Lantieri de Paratico winery, pioneers of the classic method among Franciacorta producers, belongs to a noble and millennial family from Brescia, engaged in viticulture since the XVI century. The cellar is located in the historic center of the fascinating medieval village of Capriolo, next to the ancient family palace. The vineyards of the Lantieri de Paratico winery extend over 20 hectares between the municipalities of Capriolo and Adro and are rooted in soils with a siliceous-clayey and calcareous structure, in verdant locations surrounded by hills, between the cellar and the slopes of Monte Alto. The grapes are harvested manually, and only healthy and perfectly ripe fruits reach the cellar, where the production phases are conducted according to criteria that pursue excellence and the maximization of wine quality.
