The Trento Spumante Brut Riserva of the Founder Giulio Ferrari is a bubble that represents the Italian sparkling wine art , founded by maestro Giulio at the beginning of the twentieth century and continued years later with the same dedication by the Lunelli family. We are in 1972 when Mauro Lunelli decides to produce an unusual Classic Method. He said nothing to his family and eight years later he presented the bottle, which was so successful that he created one specifically dedicated to the founding master of bubbles. Thus was born one of the most prestigious and famous sparkling wines in the world, which, thanks to its history and fame, has carved out a place for itself in the Olympus of the kings of bubbles. Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore is obtained only from Chardonnay grapes that come from Maso Pianizza, the oldest and most prestigious cru of the cellar, located between 500 and 600 meters above sea level. The vinification involves the use of carefully selected grapes and fermented in steel vats; then the refermentation of the must takes place in the bottle through wise management, the result of time, in cultivating the yeasts to be used in their wines in the best possible way. Maturation takes place on the lees for 10 years , in which the wine is enriched with complex and precious aromas and a unique and rare taste. During this long rest, the noble practice of remuage takes place in such a way as to deposit the sediment towards the bottle cap, which will be expelled with disgorgement. The last phase involves the addition of the liqueur d'expédition, a secret recipe as well as a stylistic and symbolic signature of each cellar.
The Trento Spumante Riserva del Fondatore has a brilliant straw yellow color embellished with golden reflections, with a very fine and persistent perlage .
