Description
TASTING NOTES
In the glass, it immediately presents itself dense and profound with its dark ruby red color, but it's on the nose where it immediately distinguishes itself for its excellence: powerful yet precise notes of plum, blackcurrant, blueberry, and fig, supported by a continuous layering of balsamic and spice notes. As soon as it touches the palate, it immediately shows how immensity can be combined with elegance. Fine yet prominent tannins and a freshness that immediately invites the next sip. Pure power in the guise of noble velvet. PAIRINGS
The star of any pairing will still be the wine in this case; Pauillac Château Mouton Rothschild pairs well with refined and sophisticated dishes based on red meats or game, or, alternatively, with very important aged cheeses. It is also magnificent when enjoyed alone. Do not underestimate the right company at the table, as it will be a unique experience and an unforgettable memory. PRODUCER
Château Mouton Rothschild, owned by Baroness Philippine de Rothschild, has been in the Rothschild family since 1853 when Baron Nathaniel acquired it at auction, renaming it with its current name. However, it was in 1992 that the destiny of the estate was marked when the baron's great-grandson, Philippe, took charge of the property, offering an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit in return. In this way, within a few years, Château Mouton Rothschild completely transformed: a modern and large cellar was built, over a hundred meters long, additional cru classé vineyard plots were acquired, and the commercialization and distribution of wines were implemented.
