Moёt & Chandon Champagne Demi-Sec 'Ice Imperial' is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (40-50%), Pinot Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay (10-20%). The Pinot Noir base determines the important structure of the bubble, the Pinot Meunier brings full and rich sensations while the small addition of Chardonnay gives a refreshing finish. A vintage wine is then added 20-30% of reserve wine which contributes to the final complexity of the Champagne. Once ready, the sparkling base undergoes refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with at least 30 months of refinement on the lees before disgorgement And dosage demi-sec at 45 g/l of residual sugars.
