Characteristics:
Intense ruby red with violet reflections, the nose perceives a fruity and vinous bouquet with notes of raspberry, blueberry and plum integrated with hints of undergrowth and delicate spices. On the palate it is full, dry and soft with fruity and varietal flavours.
Vinification:
The grapes are delicately destemmed and pressed. The must thus obtained is left to ferment on the skins at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping over in order to extract color and aromas. Once the racking has been carried out, the refinement continues in vitrified cement barrels.
