This Riserva "Perlé Rosé" is a Trento Spumante Brut that comes from the happy union of two international vines, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes of these two varieties grow in vineyards with a hilly profile, located on the slopes of the Trentino mountains, at an altitude of between 300 and 600 meters above sea level, facing south and south-east. The grapes, harvested manually around mid-September, are processed following the typical production process of the Classic Method, carrying out the second refermentation in the bottle. The wine then remains in contact with its own yeasts, for at least 60 months .
The Trento Spumante Brut "Perlé Rosé" Riserva is announced in the glass with a beautiful color, which recalls the shade of antique rose, very elegant; the perlage is fine, subtle, with excellent persistence. The range of perfumes that make up the identity of this Spumante tells wide notes, in which small red fruit is found, alternating with more floral nuances and citrus peel. In the mouth it has an excellent body, refined, with an extremely soft sip, which reveals a great persistence.
