The maximum Demi-Sec was born inside the spectacular Ferrari estate, from land scattered in the various municipalities of Val d'Adige, Val di Cembra and Valle dei Laghi, in Trentino.
This sparkling wine is made only from Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually in the first half of September. Following the Classic Method of sparkling wine, the product matures and referments for at least 36 months on the yeasts selected in its own crops.
The Ferrari maximum Demi-Sec is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose offers delicate aromas of fresh fruit, with typical notes of bread crust, hazelnut. In the mouth it is soft and harmonious, with persistent fruity notes which are combined with interesting vanilla and yeast sensations that linger on the palate for a long time.
It goes perfectly with the dessert moment.
