Description
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow in appearance, with intense golden reflections and fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it initially reveals aromas of ripe fruit and white flowers, followed by tones of aromatic herbs and mineral nuances. The palate is fleshy and fresh, soft, and characterized by an aftertaste that recalls vanilla and hazelnut.
Excellent with seafood cuisine, it is perfect paired with spaghetti with mussels.
The Lantieri de Paratico, pioneers of the traditional method among Franciacorta producers, belong to a noble and millenary family from Brescia, engaged in viticulture since the 16th century. The winery is located in the historic center of the charming medieval village of Capriolo, next to the ancient family palace. The vineyards of the Lantieri de Paratico winery extend over 20 hectares between the municipalities of Capriolo and Adro and are rooted in siliceous clayey and calcareous soils, in green areas surrounded by hills, between the winery and the slopes of Monte Alto. The grapes are handpicked and only healthy and perfectly ripe fruits reach the winery, where the production phases are conducted according to criteria that pursue excellence and maximize the quality of the wine.
