Pale straw yellow with intense golden reflections to the eye, in the glass it releases a fine and persistent perlage. Citrus and fruity scents stand out on the nose, with notes of candied citrus, pear, peach and apple, followed by delicate aromas of bread crust and vanilla. In the mouth it enters very fresh and in line with the nose, fading into pleasant fruity and mineral sensations.
Ideal with shellfish and light fish dishes, but also with delicate white meats and poultry. Also excellent as an aperitif, taking care to slightly lower the serving temperature.

Linear, clean and crisp, Ayala's Champagne Brut Majeur stands out for its mineral and chalky sip, typical of wines from the Montagne de Reims. It is in fact born from a classic blend of chardonnay (40%), pinot noir (40%) and pinot meunier (20%) grapes vinified in white according to the bottle refermentation method. After aging on the lees for 4 years, this Champagne offers intense and refined aromas, of great typicality and territorial adherence. Thanks to its low sugar content (7g/l), it also proves versatile and very pleasant in various food-wine combinations, from fish appetizers to white meats.
