Description
TASTING NOTES
Intense straw yellow. On the nose, it evokes citrus sensations, passion fruit, fresh mint, and tomato leaf with a closing of intense elderflower. On the palate, it is dry, with a full, elegant, fresh, and savory sip that ends with pleasantly balsamic reminders. In pairings, it ranges from dishes with high-quality ingredients, primarily fish such as salmon and halibut, to simple preparations. A wine capable of creating images and stories, able to engage in dialogue, leaving an indelible memory.
PAIRINGS
It pairs well with various shellfish, seafood risottos, and salted white fish. Exceptional with lobster and with lobster in simpler preparations.
PRODUCER
The beautiful story of Silvio Jermann began in the 1970s, a journey that over the course of thirty years has led his wines to be known and appreciated in Italy and around the world. His family, owners of many of the lands still in use today, settled in Collio at the end of the nineteenth century. However, the turning point came when a young Silvio took over the reins of the company, and thanks also to the many lessons learned during his oenology studies and experiences abroad, he began to produce modern wines with great personality, the same ones we still know today.
