Description
TASTING NOTES
Visually, it has a bright straw yellow color. Fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it shows delicate hints of white flowers and yellow pulp fruit, with a nice touch of pastry and a slight herbaceous undertone. Pleasant, clean, and lively taste, harmoniously unfolding on a pronounced mineral background and notes of exotic fruit.
Ca’ del Bosco's Cuvée Prestige pairs well with light appetizers based on fish or vegetables, simple seafood main courses, and small shellfish. Excellent with fish carpaccio and sushi or even as an aperitif.
Ca’ del Bosco undoubtedly represents a cornerstone not only of the Franciacorta territory but of the entire national wine scene. Today, the winery extends over more than two hundred hectares of vineyards, both owned and leased, where each cultivated grape variety is cared for down to the smallest detail. The vineyards, which now boast an average age of almost forty years, are vinified separately, thus respecting the peculiarities of each individual terroir.
